(9) INSTALLATION COSTS: are for labor only. Parts are an extra charge.
(10) We will only install dishwashers to countertops that have a wood base.
(11) The standpipe for washer installations must be a minimum height of 33"
and a maximum of 96". Any standpipe over 58" high may need a drain hose
extension and a high capacity pump, which will be available at an additional
charge. In addition, the standpipe should be a minimum of 1 1/2" wide with NO
Positive Pressure. If these conditions are not met, you may need to call a plumber to rectify these conditions as to not affect the washer's performance.
(12) We will NOT hook up any natural Gas dryer or any natural Gas range
to copper tubing. Dryer & Range manufacturers and Laws prohibit us from
doing this. We will run the proper gas lines at an additional cost.
(13) We will NOT hook up any dryer to Any Flexible Venting. Dryer
manufacturers and Laws prohibit us from doing this. We will run new venting
at an additional cost.
